Cirno is an ominous elder Techno-Mage of the 9 clan, a raver, an alcoholic and a tobacco addict.

History

Little is known about Cirno apart for the fact that she's been a stout proponent of the 9 clan's philosophy and a major annoyance to some of the clan's members. Some consider her to be a manifestation of the Spirit of the Machine, but this belief is highly controversial. As opposed to techno-mages of other clans, she does not shy away from using brute force and antique weaponry.

Cirno is well acquainted with Puffy and his student. The three are known to cooperate together in their struggle against the GovCorp. Albeit jokingly, on many ocassions she attempts to sway Puffy's student to follow the path of 9. She is also known to be in close contact with the Rabbit Techno-Mage of her clan and his student Nine, playing a sort of a mentor role to the child.

She is usually seen wearing a MilTek kevlar vest, sporting a rugged green 9 armband and carrying a pre-World-Corp-War rifle.

She's on MATACORP's list of top 10 most wanted hackers.

Cirno looks after and cares for Glenda, the direct descendant of Glenda, the original plan9 mascot. The two are close friends.

While not confirmed by any reputable sources, she is believed to be able to fly and change her size at will.

Caveats

Cirno's favorite tobacco brand is Lucky Nine. Tobacco is known to cause cancer, but she doesn't seem to care.
